WebFor mutations, I have a few interesting things that I would like to point out since the OP specifically mentions running out of potions as a problem: Armadillopack is, in my experience, the most powerful of all the backpack mutations, and it performs well even if you are not using Survival. All around great defensive/offensive edge.
