WebYou need to do the complete hunter hall campaign. Then you need the achievement Breeching the Tomb on Broken shore. Once done, you will get a quest for your class hall mount (extremely easy). Once done and you have the mount, the vendor in the stables of the order hall will have 2 more mounts as well as the book to allow feathermane taming.
