If you are a new customer, you MIGHT be (if not already in process) required to run though a very simple verification process. This process is solely for the protection against fraud and the protection of anyone who is a valid credit card holder. WebDoes it matter if I put the wrong billing address when using PayPal? I was trying to get something delivered to a friend’s house, but being the idiot I am, I forgot to uncheck the box that says to use the same address for the billing address.
