I'm puzzled by the client requesting the document in Illustrator AI format (especially if the client "knows nothing"). It doesn't make a lot of sense.

I've set transparency option for converted EPS files. But no matter what I do there still seems to be a white background when placed into InDesign. What am I doing wrong?
