WebbI play GAMMA (which should be much heavier than vanilla Anomaly due to reshades) in 1440p with 1080Ti, and it runs fine. FPS is capped at 60 and 99% of the time it doesn't go below that. In fact, I've cranked almost all settings to maximum except selected few. Make sure you have anti-aliasing turned off as it can literally halve your FPS.
